Payment must be made via PayPal. All books sold will be signed by the authors.

To let us know how you want your book signed, after logging into PayPal to submit your payment: you will be asked to review your order. On this page, in small letters it will say Add note to seller. Click this. You will get a popup – please put this information in the box that pops up.

Shipping Fees

The price of each book is a flat fee that includes shipping.
